OUR CROSSROADS

Film Summary

Our Crossroads movie poster

Compassion brought them together. Love made them a family.

Based on a true story of family and faith

Alternating between present day Arizona and 1969 rural Ohio and based on a true story, Our Crossroads chronicles an act of Christian generosity.

When Ian, a spiritually troubled photographer, arrives at Barbara and Bob Fraley’s home to shoot a family portrait, he learns their story: a tragic car accident killed the parents of a local family, and a young Barb and Bob were led to provide a home for the six orphaned children, ages four to 18.

Through flashbacks, we see Bob and Barb fight for guardianship as they encountered resistance from family and friends. As problems mounted and obstacles multiplied, the couple stood strong in their faith and worked to build a home for their new family.

Burdened by his own demons, Ian is initially skeptical of the couple’s motives. But as he witnesses their unwavering commitment, he begins to question his belief that selflessness and faith can’t lead to a positive outcome.
